How will we innovate The CLIENT-SUPPLIER Relationship?
We will innovate The CLIENT-SUPPLIER Relationship when:
- Together, we all change the way we talk about Sales and Selling. This begins by appreciating the historical purpose for sales and selling, then understanding how it has given rise to the dysfunction that exists in the CLIENT-SUPPLIER Relationship today, then evaluating current sales models to understand if they dismantle or perpetuate this historical dysfunction and then by co-creating a new model for sales and selling that honours both the CLIENT and the SUPPLIER in the exchange. - SUPPLIERS learn how to see the work they do from the EXPERIENCE of their clients; not the EXPERIENCE the SUPPLIER would like them to have, but the EXPERIENCE the client is already having (we call this CLIENT EXPERIENCE 2.0). This involves evaluating current thought on Client Experience matters from this distinction.
